Auburn home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Auburn rose by $81,000 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $396,000 - a 25.7% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Auburn in November 2017.
