Renton (unincorporated) home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Renton (unincorporated) fell by $2,525 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,475 - a 0.7% decrease over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Renton (unincorporated) in November 2017.
