Pacific home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Pacific rose by $15,075 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $294,925 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pacific in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Pacific for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,852, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
