Kent home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Kent fell by $50,500 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 11.7% decrease over the $430,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Kent in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Kent for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,686, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
