Event Notes

       We reserve the right to refuse oversized vehicles and/or unacceptable materials/items.

       Vehicles will only be allowed entry from southbound Monroe Ave. NE.

       No business waste accepted.

       These events are funded by the King County WR/R Program.

Styrofoam & Document Shred Collection

       Styrofoam

       Styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap

       Bagged packing peanuts accepted

       Clean white block styrofoam

       Look for #6 or EPS inside the recycle symbol

Documents for Shredding

       Bring up to 5 Boxes (banker box size 12”x15”x10”) or equivalent in bags.

       Paper, blueprints, mail, photographs, and file folders accepted

       No need to remove staples, paper clips or rubber bands

       NO binders, plastics or discs

       NO ID badges or driver’s licenses

       NO cardboard or hard cover books

Food Donations

    Food donations will be collected at each event. Help our Renton neighbors affected by the pandemic by bringing non-perishable food for the food bank.

COVID-19 Information

      Based on CDC guidelines and Public Health – Seattle & King County: Face masks are required for customers, staff and vendors.

      Do not attend if you or if someone in your household is sick or has COVID-19 symptoms.

      If you must exit your vehicle, keep 6 feet between you and other people.

Not Accepted

      Oil, antifreeze, and batteries are NO LONGER collected at Renton recycle events.

      Collection is available at Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites

      50 gallon liquid limit and 30 gallon gasoline limit. No individual containers larger than 5 gallons.
