Home prices increased in Kent (unincorporated) during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Kent (unincorporated) rose by $120,000 while total sales decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 20.2 percent increase over the $595,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Kent (unincorporated) in May 2021.
