Issaquah (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 56.7% in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Issaquah (unincorporated) rose by $510,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,410,500 - a 56.7 percent increase over the $900,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Issaquah (unincorporated) in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Issaquah (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,003, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for May.
