October 2020: Home prices in Auburn increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Auburn rose by $61,500 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $453,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $391,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Auburn in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,743, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
