Pricing for the median home in Seattle (unincorporated) increased during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $490,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in May 2020.
