Auburn median home prices rose by 31.9% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Auburn rose by $136,500 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 31.9% increase over the $428,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Auburn in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,743, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
