Newcastle (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Newcastle (unincorporated) rose by $115,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $528,500 - a 27.8% increase over the $413,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Newcastle (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Newcastle (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,151, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
