Seattle (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $17,804 while total sales remained unchanged with 54 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,750 - a 4.3% increase over the $414,946 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Seattle (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,247, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
