Auburn (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Auburn (unincorporated) rose by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $424,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $371,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Auburn (unincorporated) in the first quarter of 2019.
