Enumclaw home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Enumclaw rose by $11,753 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $368,248 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Enumclaw in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Enumclaw for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,860, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
