Auburn (unincorporated) home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Auburn (unincorporated) rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $322,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Auburn (unincorporated) in December 2017.
