Seatac home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Seatac rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $403,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Seatac in September 2018.
