Auburn home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Auburn rose by $52,125 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,125 - a 14.3% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Auburn in September 2018.
