He noted how this legislation resulted in significant savings for Americans and reduced health insurance costs for nearly 15 million people. He reiterated his pride in supporting such measures that benefit citizens financially. “Four years ago, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan into law. This legislation allowed Americans to collect many necessary savings, including the nearly 15 million people who saw lower health insurance costs.
