The City has received 287 requests to fix issues so far this year, which includes things like potholes, downed trees and much more.

Many requests come digitally through SeeClickFix, which is a great resource community members can use to submit requests that funnel through to our public works, parks crews and police.

Our maintenance crews have received 165 requests so far this year, the most out of any department with police following behind at 51.

Out of the 287 requests received this year, 199 have been fulfilled.

Data shows that it takes our maintenance crews on average four days to complete a request, the quickest response time by any city department. Our engineers on average respond to requests, which can include things like additional sidewalks, speed limits, etc within 13 days. The average response time across all departments is 8.5 days.
