The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is looking for input on a new air monitoring site that will be located near the Sea-Tac airport.

PSCAA is the regional agency that oversees outdoor air quality in King, Kitsap, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. These air monitoring sites help the group quantify the amount and impact of air pollution.

PSCAA knows that there is a lot of public interest in air quality near airports and the group has the funding to create a new air monitoring site near the Sea-Tac airport. They are reaching out to the communities around the airport to provide input on this site. Specifically, where the site should be located and what pollution sources are of interest.

The public must provide feedback by March 17 as they work to establish this site and make it a valuable resource for the community. Please respond to the survey and spread the word within your communities about the survey.
