NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VACATION OF UNOPENED REMNANT OF THE BLACK DIAMOND RENTON ROAD 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Maple Valley will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed vacation of an unopened remnant of the Black Diamond Renton Road, adjacent to SR 169, on May 23, 2022.  The public hearing will be held at Lake Wilderness Lodge Maple Room, 22500 SE 248th St, Maple Valley, WA 98038 beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.  Copies of the proposed right of way vacation are available for review at City Hall, 22017 SE Wax Road, Suite 200, or by calling Shaunna Lee at 425-413-8800.
