Did you know you can take a look at recent applications for development in the City?

This means anyone can see information for recent subdivisions, hotels, apartments, commercial real estate, etc in SeaTac through our handy online webpage.

We are legally required to post notices of applications, decisions and hearings but we also share related plan sets, drawings, project descriptions, etc. Deadlines for comments are also posted on this page.

The City is evolving and changing quickly. Hubs of activity are expected and seen around our light rail stations along International Boulevard and near some of the freeways that border the city. New developments are already in the works, including the Polaris mixed-use development in the north part of the City as well as a new hotel and apartments.

People may contact the Planning Division at 206-973-4750 or via email at seatacplanning@seatacwa.gov if they have questions on planning and development in the City.
