The City would like resident and business feedback for the second phase of our City Center/Airport District planning process.

The City is currently creating a plan that provides a roadmap for how the City can help the district grow and change over the next 20 years. To learn more about the project visit our new webpage. To provide feedback to the City about this plan and what you would like to see, please complete this online poll. The poll is available in the top five languages spoken in SeaTac: English, Amharic, Spanish, Somali and Vietnamese.

Big ideas submitted through the poll will help support the early stages of planning for the district by helping to confirm the vision and by revealing new information and concepts, as well as potential improvements that can be further explored as planning continues. Please take the short poll and answer six simple questions to help us understand your perspectives and insights about this important area of our community

The City is working with the residential and business communities on strategies for the district’s transition into a more vibrant, walkable place through enhancing connectivity for pedestrians, bicyclists and vehicles, increasing access to neighborhood services, businesses, parks and open space and other types of improvements.

The original City Center Plan was adopted in 1999. Phase 1 of building a new plan was completed in 2020 and identified a new long-term vision and development concept for the business and residential areas adjacent to the airport in SeaTac’s central core.
