City issues land use approvals, permits for new hotel and apartments

The City recently issued land use approvals and construction permits  for a SeaTac Hotel and Apartments at 17300 International Blvd.

The development will include a six-story 198 room hotel with a  parking garage and a separate seven-story 182-unit apartment building  containing a parking garage together on 2.91

acres of property. The  development will access off International Boulevard.

In June, the City also approved plans for an apartment complex off of International Boulevard.
