The lowest reported price for midgrade gas in King County was $3.67 per gallon during the week ending Jan. 10, available at one gas station, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The average reported price of midgrade gas across the county was $4.35 per gallon.

Among 511 gas stations in cities within King County, 196 offered midgrade gas.

The average reported price for a gallon of midgrade gas in Washington was $3.99, down from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
